Features
Belt Meander Prevention
The liner cord string is made of tough, twisted aramid fibers. It is sewn on the edge of the belt. If you use a roller with a groove that fits this liner cord, the belt will not move from side to side, preventing the belt from meandering.
High skill is required to sew this liner cord. We have developed a manufacturing method to achieve stable strength and accuracy.
Durable Belt Edge
With 2-ply reinforcement, the belt edge is extremely sturdy and durable.
Seamless Belts
There are no joints on the belt. The surface is flat and smooth, making it suitable for fusing press.
Made In Japan
Using high quality Japanese materials, it is manufactured by skilled technicians at domestic factories.

Adhesive Tapes for Belt Repairing
Long-term fusing interlining work may cause the belt surface and edges wear or tear. We handle Teflon adhesive tape that can be used to repair such belts. There are various lineups depending on the tape material, thickness and width. Learn More

Oshima OP-450GS Fusing Press Machines
OP-450GS is a compact type fusing press machine manufactured by Taiwanese manufacturer OSHIMA Co., Ltd. Another model OP-450GSL has a longer lower belt. OP-520GS & OP-520GSL are a wide models. Belts for OP-450GSL, OP-520GS, OP-520GSL belts are also available.
