Shiga MED-15 Continuous Sealer
MED-15
This desktop type continuous band sealer machine features compact size and light weight. Adjustable heat temperature and sealing speed allow perfect sealing of any material. The conveyor belt can be pulled out up to 70 mm, allowing larger size materials to be set in the right place.

ES-160
ES-160 is a compact desktop sealer with vertical heating system. Seal temperature, seal pressure and conveyor belt speed can be adjusted. Sealing of gusset bags and aluminum bags is also possible. Even sealing of 1000 bags or more can be finished cleanly in a short time.

Askworks ES-170 Continuous Sealer with Printer
ES-170
ES-170 has a printer. So you can print alphabets and numbers such as the date of manufacture or lot number on the package. Prints can be up to 40 characters on two lines (upper 20 characters, lower 20 characters). The basic machine specifications are the same as ES-160.

Replacement Belts
This type of sealer machine is equipped with two belts for continuous sealing of the material. This PTFE-coated fiberglass belt requires durability, heat resistance, slipperiness, and a flat surface. Belts have the greatest impact on seal quality. We manufacture the highest quality belts made in Japan. For details, please see "SAKAE Sealer Belt" page.
The width and length of the belt will vary from machine to machine, but can be manufactured in the same size as your belt. If a replacement belt is not available because it is a used machine or a machine made by an overseas manufacturer, we can handle it. Please feel free to contact us.
