A composite material combining the strength of fiber with the performance of fluororesin
Teflon sheets are high-performance composite sheets made from glass fiber or aramid fiber fabric, uniformly impregnated and coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). They combine the structural strength of the fiber base with the key properties of fluororesin: heat resistance, non-stick surface, low-friction properties, and chemical resistance.
Custom sizes are available, along with additional processing such as eyelet installation, sleeve processing, and reinforcement. These sheets are used across a wide range of industries including garment and textile, food, packaging, paper, and electronics.

Standard (Beige)
Standard Type
A well-balanced type offering the full properties of fluororesin at excellent value. Widely used across many applications for its superior release performance, heat resistance, and low-friction properties.
Anti-static (Black)
Anti-static Type
Conductive materials such as carbon are blended in to lower the surface resistance. Prevents dust adhesion from static electricity, protects electronic components from electrostatic discharge, and eliminates unpleasant shocks to operators.
Anti-static (White)
Anti-static + UV Resistance
Suited for environments that require a clean appearance. In addition to anti-static performance, it offers excellent UV resistance, making it highly durable near ultraviolet irradiation equipment and extending service life.

Teflon sheets combine seemingly opposite properties that no other material can match.
High Release Performance
The surface of PTFE fluororesin resists adhesion from virtually all substances. Adhesives, resins, and food materials do not bond to it, and any residue can be easily cleaned off or peeled away.
Low Friction & Smooth Conveying
The extremely low friction coefficient minimizes wear and damage to workpieces when used on conveyor belts or low-friction surfaces, enabling stable and smooth material handling.
Stable Operating Temperature Range
Excellent Shape Retention
The high rigidity of the woven fiber base minimizes thermal shrinkage and expansion, maintaining stable dimensional accuracy even during continuous use at high temperatures.
The melting point of PTFE is approximately 327℃, but as the material approaches its melting point it becomes too soft for practical use. Therefore, 260℃ is the industry-standard continuous operating temperature (per UL ratings, etc.). Aramid fiber begins to lose strength and carbonize above 230℃, which is why its limit is set lower than glass fiber.
Advantages of Aramid Fiber
In steam environments where glass fiber tends to degrade, aramid fiber base sheets deliver excellent durability due to their superior resistance to hydrolysis (chemical breakdown by water).
Minimizing the Effects of Humidity
The fluororesin coating repels moisture, reducing weight change due to humidity and helping maintain electrical insulation resistance.
Weakness of Glass Fiber: Prolonged exposure to high-temperature steam can break down the "coupling agent" bonding the fiber and resin through hydrolysis, causing the sheet to deteriorate or the coating to peel.
Strength of Aramid Fiber: Its very strong molecular structure gives high resistance to chemical degradation (hydrolysis) caused by moisture. In steam press equipment, service life can be several times longer compared to glass fiber sheets.
Food Safety Compliance
Confirmed to comply with Japan Food Sanitation Act (Act No. 46, 2018) for tools and food containers/packaging (some products excluded). Safe to use in processes where food comes into direct contact.
Chemically Inert — No Effect on Product Quality
The material itself is chemically stable (inert), meaning it is extremely unlikely to transfer odors or any components to food products. Ideal for facilities that require HACCP management.
Environmental Compliance and Safety
Our products do not use any harmful fluorine compounds in their manufacturing process, including PFOS, PFOA, and PFHxS regulated under the Stockholm Convention (POPs Convention). We comply with international environmental regulations such as the EU REACH Regulation and use only materials confirmed to be safe.
Excellent Chemical Stability
Highly resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents.
Resistance to Degradation
Also resistant to UV radiation and ozone, delivering long service life even in outdoor or special lighting environments.
High-Frequency Insulation
Provides outstanding electrical insulation, making it suitable for high-frequency manufacturing processes and thermal press operations involving electronic components.
Anti-static Option Available
For processes sensitive to static electricity, we also offer an "Anti-static (Black)" version with conductive carbon. Prevents dust adhesion and protects electronic components from electrostatic discharge.
Teflon sheets solve challenges related to heat, adhesion, and wear across a wide range of industries.
Cover Sheet & Ironing Surface for Flat Press Machines
Prevents fabric from developing shine or scorch marks caused by heat, and stops resin residue from interlining adhesives from building up on the press surface. The low-friction surface significantly improves work efficiency.
Heat-Insulating Curtain for Shrink Tunnels
Reduces heat loss at tunnel openings and helps save energy. Extremely resistant to heat degradation and maintains flexibility over extended periods.
Release Cover for Heat Sealers (Endless Belt / Cover Sheet)
Prevents film from fusing to the heating element, ensuring clean and reliable sealing results every time.
UV / Electron Beam Shielding Curtain
The base material resists degradation even under intense UV radiation and heat, maintaining stable shielding and heat-resistant performance over time.
Conveyor Belt for Drying / Heating Ovens (Mesh Type)
The high air permeability of the mesh type makes it ideal for hot air drying and processes involving moisture evaporation.
Press Cover for Non-woven Fabric, Plastic & Rubber Molding
Ensures smooth release of molded products during hot press operations and minimizes contamination of molds and heated platens.
Laminate Press for Solar Panel Manufacturing
Prevents adhesion of EVA resin and similar materials while supporting uniform pressure. Provides durability to withstand demanding heat cycle conditions.
Release & Conveyor Sheet for Food Manufacturing
Even sticky food materials such as candy, chocolate, and bread dough release cleanly without any oil or grease. Food safety compliant and reliable in hygiene-sensitive environments.
Steam Convection / Steaming Process (Aramid Fiber Type)
The aramid fiber base resists moisture, preventing hydrolysis degradation in steam environments.
Press Cover for Plywood & Building Material Manufacturing
Prevents adhesive from sticking to press surfaces and delivers a smooth, clean finish. Built to withstand repeated high-load and high-temperature press cycles.
