Mr. Xie Laixing Art Gallery

Mr. Xie Xing was born in 1926 in Taiwan, which was under Japanese rule. After working for a newspaper company, he met Ryohei Hanasaki, the founder of Sakae Trading, while working as an interpreter in Japan in the late 1945's. Beyond the business relationship, their friendship continued for a long time.
Mr. Xie, who had a wide range of friendships with Taiwanese painters and calligraphers, put the works presented by them together in an art book. Here are some of the works from the art book. We hope you enjoy traditional Chinese paintings and calligraphies.
