These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sakae Exports service and website. By visiting the Sakae Exports website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

By submitting a price request via our website, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.

Our Contract

This shop operates on a quotation basis. After you submit a price request and we confirm the order details by email, a binding contract is formed when your PayPal payment is received and confirmed. You will receive a second email confirming dispatch. Sakae Exports retains the right to accept or reject any order before processing.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

We encourage you to ensure all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Sakae Exports cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part.

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please include photos of the item and packaging. We will assess each case individually and work to find a fair solution.

We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to dispatch all orders within the quoted time. If there is a delay, we will inform you by email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately.

Sakae Exports has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders ? please contact us with your order information.

Payment can be made securely via PayPal. Card charges will appear on your statement as "SAKAE TRADING".

If your delivery address is outside of Japan, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Japan.

International orders will be dispatched from Japan by EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL, FedEx, or other major international courier services.

Dispatch time may vary according to availability. We are not responsible for delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Sakae Exports strongly advises against delivery to hotels or third-party couriers. Any orders sent to a hotel or third-party courier are entirely at the risk of the client. Sakae Exports cannot accept liability for orders that fail to arrive at or are damaged by hotels or third-party couriers, though we will do our best to assist in such cases.

Once payment has been received and the order is confirmed, cancellations cannot be accepted as the belt may already be in preparation. If you wish to cancel before payment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Sakae Exports Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japan Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japan courts.

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses, and third-party claims.

We will do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered.

We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation without your consent. Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from Sakae Exports, except for promotional information directly from us.
